There are a few names that come up over and over again when researching the history of Couderay. While there haven't been all that many who've called Couderay home, there would be no way to feature the many who made this town what it was, and what it is today. These are just a few.
C.M. Olson had a huge influence on Couderay, from the lumber industry to his scholarships to local students throughout the years. He wrote an early history of Couderay, and a Twin Cities newspaper wrote an article on his philanthropy.
